Cancellation and no-show

Individual customers:

a) General rule:
If the customer fails to show up without canceling, the customer must pay for the booked session.

b) Late cancellation:
For Gokarten Kremmertorget to waive compensation, cancellation must be made no later than 6 days before the booked event.
If cancellation is made later than this, the customer must pay the same compensation as in the case of a no-show. 

c) In case of illness:
In case of illness, the customer pays for the booking. The customer is responsible for any insurance that may refund the amount.



Groups/events:

a) General rule:
If the group fails to show up without canceling, the group must pay the full price for the ordered event. 

b) Late cancellation:
For Gokarten Kremmertorget to waive compensation, cancellation must be made no later than 10 days before the day the activity is scheduled.
Cancellation later than 10 days before the activity:
the group must pay 50% of the total price.
Cancellation later than 6 days before the activity:
the group must pay 75% of the total price.
Cancellation or changes later than 2 days before arrival:
the customer pays the same compensation as in the case of a no-show.

Safety rules at Gokarten Kremmertorget 

- Before driving a go-kart, everyone must have gone through and understood Gokarten Kremmertorget's safety rules.
- Safety video or driver's meeting with the track operator before entering the go-kart.
- Make sure you have understood what is presented in the safety video or meeting, and ask an employee if something is unclear. 
- Violation of safety rules or failure to follow instructions from employees may result in termination of the session and removal from the center.
- Always listen to and follow instructions from employees.
- It is not allowed for children under 10 years to be alone in the center without adult supervision.

General safety tips

- Empty pockets and remove loose clothing before driving.
- Driving a go-kart is fun, but not risk-free. Incorrect or reckless driving can lead to injuries and serious accidents.
- Show consideration for others on the track, especially when driving with juniors.
- Go-kart driving is not a contact sport. All intentional contact between go-karts is illegal.

Damage to the track, barriers, and equipment:
If a driver causes damage to the track, barriers, or other equipment as a result of a crash, the session will be stopped and ended to ensure repair and safe operation before the next session. Such interruption does not provide a basis for a refund, compensation, or a new session.

Go-kart driving is not allowed for: 
Persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
Pregnant women.
Drivers weighing over 120 kg.

Go-kart driving is not recommended for:
Persons with back or neck problems.
Persons with diseases that affect the heart or lungs, or who have other physical challenges.
